Their responsibilities often include water quality testing, equipment maintenance, caring for aquatic life, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. To thrive as an Aqua Tech, you need a solid understanding of water chemistry, filtration systems, and equipment maintenance, often supported by a relevant technical diploma or certifications like Certified Pool Operator (CPO). Familiarity with water testing kits, automated control systems, and various pool or aquatic facility management tools is typically required. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills set standout professionals apart in this field. Position Overview:
We're looking for an Accounting Manager who is ready to take on a key role in our finance team and contribute to our rapid growth. As part of a forward-thinking company, you'll help manage all financial operations while utilizing cutting-edge tools to streamline processes. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in a tech-forward, fast-moving environment and grow quickly within the company.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Use accounting software and data analytics tools to generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Oversee AP/AR processes, leveraging automation tools to ensure quick and accurate processing.
  • Reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, sales tax filings, and other records.
  • Assist in preparing budgets and providing real-time variance analysis to help the company stay on track with financial goals.
  • Keep financial records in tip-top shape, always up-to-date and aligned with company policies.
  • Work closely with tax teams and auditors to ensure smooth filing and reporting.
  • Provide valuable insights through financial analysis to drive decisions at the senior management level.
  • Track and report on project costs for commercial renovation projects
  • Assist in cash flow management, helping optimize financial health through data-driven metrics.
  • Be part of continuous improvement initiatives that use technology to make accounting processes faster and smarter.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance, ideally with exposure to tech-driven financial operations.
  • Familiarity with accounting software QuickBooks — bonus points if you’ve worked with any industry-specific tools.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, and any experience with data analysis tools or automation software is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
  • Inclination to dive into new systems, integrations, and any other game-changing innovations: we utilize a mobile workforce application that directly integrates with accounting software, and understanding these connections is essential.
  • Detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Comfortable working independently, but also a great team player who embraces collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us:
