Join Our Team as a Part-Time Receptionist!

Aqua Duks Swim School is looking for a welcoming, organized, and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist to be the friendly face of our school. You'll be the first point of contact for new and returning clients, helping to create a positive experience while keeping the behind the scenes running smoothly. Position Details:

Schedule: This is a part-time position with shifts typically lasting 4-6 hours, scheduled 4-5 times per week. Shifts will remain consistent week to week, but flexibility to provide coverage when needed is appreciated. Availability for opening, closing, and weekend shifts is required based on the needs of the swim school.

Compensation: $18-19 /hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Interaction: Be a trusted resource for prospective and current clients by providing clear, accurate information about our swim programs, class schedules, and policies. Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and warmth, helping to build strong, lasting relationships within our community.
  • Schedule Management: Keep swim lesson schedules, instructor availability, and special events organized and up to date. Accuracy and efficiency are key to maintaining a smooth, professional experience for both clients and staff.
  • Customer Service: Handle client requests and concerns with care, ensuring every interaction is met with empathy and a commitment to providing a positive experience. Building trust with our clients is at the heart of what we do.
  • Emergency Preparedness: Obtain CPR certification (provided by Aqua Duks Swim School) and complete training on our Emergency Action Plan to ensure the highest level of safety for clients and staff.
  • Administrative Support: Help with various projects, from organizing events to maintaining records and preparing reports or materials. Your support will contribute to the overall success and growth of Aqua Duks Swim School.
  • Team Support: Work closely with instructors and management to create a safe, welcoming, and community-driven environment where both clients and staff feel supported.

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong ability to connect with others and build trust through clear, friendly communication. Focused on creating positive, lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
