Our team thrives on craftsmanship, creativity, and having fun building and maintaining stunning pools across the Lowcountry. If you're ready to showcase your talent and build breathtaking outdoor spaces, we want you on our team!

Sign-On Bonus: $2,000!

We're offering a $2,000 sign-on bonus for experienced tile and masonry specialists who join our team!

Bonus payout schedule:

  • $500 after 30 days of employment
  • $500 after 90 days
  • $1,000 after 6 months

To qualify, you must:

  • Be actively employed and in good standing at each milestone
  • Maintain solid attendance and performance
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company standards

Note: Bonus is considered taxable income. Bonus may be forfeited if the employee resigns or is terminated for cause before full payout.

Your Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years masonry experience; pool experience strongly preferred.
  • Skilled with tile installation, coping, and decking materials.
  • Meticulous attention to detailquality is your hallmark.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and design plans.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Comfortable working outdoors (enjoy the sunshine!).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Familiarity with basic tech tools like Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and a willingness to learn scheduling software.
  • Organized, friendly, with a customer-focused attitude.
