Pool Service Technician
Job Description
For over 45 years, we have been providing high-quality swimming pool construction and service throughout the Napa Valley. We are seeking a trustworthy and reliable Pool Service Technician to join our team. This position involves servicing and maintaining residential swimming pools while delivering excellent customer service. On-the-job training is provided.
As a Pool Service Technician, you will travel to customer locations, test and balance pool water chemistry, clean pools, and inspect equipment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, managing their own route, and taking pride in quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
  • Drive a company vehicle to customer locations to perform scheduled pool service
  • Test swimming pool water for proper pH and chlorine levels
  • Add chlorine, acid, and other chemicals to maintain proper water balance
  • Clean pools using company-provided tools and equipment
  • Inspect pool equipment and report needed repairs to management
  • Maintain adequate chemical and equipment inventory in company vehicle and shop
  • Complete service paperwork accurately and on time
Requirements & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Previous pool service experience preferred, but not required
  • Knowledge of pool cleaning and maintenance methods (or willingness to learn)
  • Ability to safely work with pool chemicals
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
