About the Role:

As a Pool Technician and tile setter specializing in pool construction, you will play a critical role in the creation and finishing of high-quality swimming pools by expertly installing tile. Your work will ensure that pools are not only aesthetically pleasing but also durable and safe for long-term use. Attention to detail and craftsmanship are essential, as your installations contribute significantly to the overall customer satisfaction and the reputation of the company. Ultimately, your expertise will help transform pool projects from structural frameworks into beautiful, functional aquatic environments.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a pool construction technician
  • Experience as a tile/pavers setter, preferably with a focus on pool or outdoor tile installation.
  • Knowledge of tile setting materials, tools, and techniques, including cutting and grouting.
  • Experience with demolition process and tools.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.
  • Preferably 2-5 years of solid pool construction and tile/paver setter experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working specifically on pool construction projects.
  • Familiarity with waterproofing methods and materials used in aquatic environments.
  • Basic knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA standards related to construction work.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Knowledge of plumbing or electrical principles in the pool construction industry.

Responsibilities
