  • Riding out with a Lead Technician to residential homes across North County San Diego

  • Following our job-site process on every stop: professional arrival, careful work, quality inspection, final walkthrough

  • Representing the Elbow Grease name at every home — clean uniform, respectful of the property, straightforward with customers

  • Introducing yourself to a few neighbors at each job — it's part of the job, not an extra ask (Bonus $ if you land a job)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Reliable — shows up on time, every time

  • Coachable — you don't need experience, you need the drive to learn

  • Comfortable with heights and physical work: ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs, working outside in North County's weather

  • Valid driver's license

  • Can drive a manual transmission? Big plus — we've got a truck that needs a driver
