Nous recherchons un(e) coordinateur(rice) Recrutement. Vous serez notamment en charge :<\/span><\/p>\n

  • De realiser l'accueil telephonique et physique des candidats<\/span><\/li>\n
  • D'assurer le suivi des candidatures (saisie des dossiers de candidature, retours d'entretien, feedback aux candidats) <\/span><\/li>\n
  • D'organiser les entretiens<\/span><\/li>\n
  • De realiser les entretiens telephoniques de prequalification<\/span><\/li>\n
  • D'assurer l'interface entre les differents acteurs du recrutement (plannings, lien avec les clients, contacts avec les candidats)<\/span><\/li>\n
  • De la gestion de notre CRM<\/span><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

    <\/p>\n

    Vous aurez egalement un role transverse et aiderez notre Country Manager sur les thematiques suivantes :<\/span><\/p>\n

    • Participation au developpement commercial (recherche de prospects, qualification des prospects, strategie de business development)<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Participation a des Events Networking<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Aide a la creation d'evenements pour developper la notoriete du Groupe<\/span><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n
