The duties include, programming for inbound files from clients in a HP-UX Informix/Cobol environment, analyzing and diagnosing issues with files sent by clients daily. Handling data file conversions using third party ETL software. Coordinating projects.
Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze and Diagnose issues with Loans Files sent from Clients Daily.
• Assist is submission of Account Loan Files to Operations Daily.
• Design and implement application system changes and enhancements to the Loan File Application (ETL).
• Perform multiple, concurrent projects; help set priorities; report status - currently production and test environments operate in a HP-UX Informix/Cobol and Linux environment.
• Communicate with clients on questions, clarification, issues, follow up and resolution of issues.
• Set up new clients in the test and live systems.
• Handle insurance conversion files for new accounts
• Complete application system changes for new and existing clients in third party data conversion software.

Education/Experience:

• College degree preferred, high school diploma required.
• At least 4 years in QA and/or programming
• Programming languages - Cobol, Informix ISQL/4GL or ETL Tools a plus
• Operating systems and scripting - vi, HPUX/UNIX, Shell scripting, Linux, .NET
• Knowledge of SQL and database/file structures
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail oriented

The base salary offered for the successful candidate will be based on compensable factors such as job-relevant education, job-relevant experience, training, licensure, demonstrated competencies, geographic location, and other factors.
