Job Description:
The Technology & Data leadership team is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst in a consulting capacity to manage the delivery of technology solutions for key
stakeholders within the US and European Real Estate business. The individual will be driving and managing the successful execution of key projects across the team. The role
requires the individual to mobilize cross-functional teams towards agreed upon goals showcasing key benefits. The individual will be accountable for overseeing and
reporting progress on the portfolio and related technology projects. Furthermore, the
individual will be assisting the leadership team on other key business initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Specific responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
  • Direct and manage a portfolio of projects and ensure that the implementation plans for each project is on track for the Real Estate business
  • Develop and manage key relationships across the Real Estate team along with other key functions within the technology team
  • Lead a select set of high priority projects to completion by mobilizing a cross functional team
  • Serve as point of contact to determine priority, resourcing and capacity planning for new projects
  • In partnership with key stakeholders within Real Estate and Technology, assist in the comprehensive technology roadmap to address key priorities, allowing for continued scale and growth.
  • Conduct a regular project review with key stakeholders and the technology leadership team

Requirements:
  • Math or Technical Bachelor s degree
  • Minimum of 10 years prior experience in investment technology consulting and delivery, preferably in the real estate investment industry
  • Strong experience in real estate equity and debt is a must. Familiarity with commercial real estate (CRE) terminology and workflows is essential.
  • Ability to manage relationships with leadership teams and collaborate with asset managers and analysts for implementation and problem solving.
  • Strong written and oral communication and ability to convey complex concepts to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand the details but at the same time convey relevant facts to a senior audience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel is required to understand asset models and complex spreadsheets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in working with Real Estate and/or Private Equity and Credit investors and technologies used in the real estate space, ranging from deal pipeline systems, Power BI reporting and relevant analytics.
  • Prior experience utilizing relevant Real Estate Investment Management systems such as Real Page, Yardi, MRI and Real Insight is a plus.
  • Prior experience building and deploying no-code database platforms such as QuickBase
  • Understanding and experience in Power platforms including Power Apps, PowerBI is a plus
  • This is a hybrid role with mandatory 3 minimum days in office
