Is pole dancing good for fibromyalgia?

Pole dance instructors and students with fibromyalgia should consult healthcare providers before engaging in the activity, as pole dancing involves physical exertion and muscle strain that may exacerbate symptoms. Proper training, gradual progression, and listening to the body are important for those with fibromyalgia interested in pole dance.
