Job description

Sitestream, a Polaris Software Group company in Beverly, MA, is seeking detail-oriented and motivated team members to support our traffic safety programs by reviewing and processing traffic violations with accuracy and care. As part of a fast-growing, mission-driven company, you will help ensure that our partner communities receive high-quality, reliable program outcomes. A strong work ethic, consistency, and the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.
This role is based on site in our office in Beverly and is for between 20-30 hours per week - flexible over 4/5 days.
Requirements
Processing Daily Citation Queues:
Review traffic violations using custom software and established program rules to determine whether an infraction is valid.
Ensuring Accuracy & Quality:
Carefully apply program guidelines, double-check details, and uphold accuracy standards to support law enforcement partners.
Maintaining Organized Records:
Update system data, track reviewed citations, and ensure all documentation is complete and correct.
Supporting Operational Efficiency:
Help maintain smooth workflows, communicate any issues, and contribute to team processes that support high-quality programs.
Following Company Protocols:
Adhere to program requirements, company policies, and confidentiality standards at all times.
