Description
As the chief Executive Officer, the highest-ranking corporate executive with the Pueblo of Pojoaque Corporate Businesses, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to the company and overseeing all aspects of its operations. You will work closely with Tribal Leadership and the Businesses Management team, including the chief financial officer (CFO) and chief operating officer (COO), to drive growth and ensure financial sustainability.
Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing the BTDA strategic plan and vision
  • Leading the management team and providing guidance to same
  • Ensuring the company's financial sustainability and growth, including cash flow and investments
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with Tribal leadership and investors
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations and making decisions that drive growth and success
  • Fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and excellence
  • Providing leadership and management skills to create a high-quality work environment
  • Providing ethical leadership and upholding integrity, ethics, and corporate social responsibility

Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience as a senior executive, including serving as a CEO, CFO or COO
  • Understanding of the responsibilities and expectations of a CEO position
  • Knowledge of financial management and cash flow analysis
  • Track record of achieving operational and financial targets
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and growing organization
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with Tribal leadership, investors and senior management
  • English and Spanish Speaking preferred
