This opportunity sits within a refinery and chemical complex environment and focuses on offshore personnel logistics, workforce forecasting, and rota coordination to support ongoing and future offshore operations. The role is responsible for ensuring personnel mobilisations, crew changes, and POB planning are managed efficiently while helping maintain accurate resource plans aligned with project demand. This position offers the chance to contribute to planning improvements, operational efficiency, and long-term offshore resource coordination.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in offshore operations, logistics coordination, workforce planning, or resource management.
  • Strong understanding of offshore personnel logistics, crew change processes, and POB management.
  • Experience developing forward-looking resource demand forecasts based on operational and project requirements.
  • Experience coordinating personnel changes, mobilisations, demobilisations, and schedule adjustments in response to operational needs.
  • Experience working with offshore installation leadership and project teams to maintain accurate and achievable resource plans.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across offshore operations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify resourcing gaps, competency shortfalls, and future personnel requirements, while proposing mitigation plans.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and resource planning or logistics management systems.
  • Self-motivated approach with a continuous improvement mindset in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Ability to take direction, identify challenges, anticipate issues, and proactively drive activities forward.
  • Previous planning experience within offshore operations.
