PMP Trainers are usually experienced project managers who hold the PMP credential themselves and have a strong understanding of the Project Management Institute's (PMI) standards. To thrive as a PMP Trainer, you need in-depth knowledge of project management principles, a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, and experience managing complex projects.
