Job description

Role Summary:
Senior delivery leader responsible for executing low-voltage / fiber projects on time and on budget while maintaining change control, client confidence, and clean turnover. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead full project execution across one or multiple concurrent data center builds, controlling scope, schedule, budget, forecasting, staffing, and client commitments.
  • Establish and maintain the integrated execution plan for phased build-outs in live facilities, including milestone logic, access windows, MOP and SOW discipline, and commissioning readiness.
  • Own commercial and contractual management: purchase orders, change orders, vendor and GC coordination, cost-to-complete, invoicing support, and variance recovery actions.
  • Run project governance cadence, including status reporting, risk and issue management, action logs, submittal and RFI tracking, and decision escalation to client and executive stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery between engineering, field operations, logistics, testing, network teams, vendors, and site leadership to remove blockers and protect the critical path.
  • Ensure handover quality through disciplined document control, as-built completeness, test package review, training records, punch-list closure, and final turnover / commissioning documentation.
  • Drive lessons learned, resource planning, and standardized delivery practices as the service line scales across multiple accounts or campuses.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Strong project leadership record delivering data center or other mission-critical infrastructure programs with live-facility constraints.
  • Hands-on command of project controls, schedule management, budget forecasting, change control, vendor coordination, and executive reporting.
  • Working knowledge of low-voltage and fiber build scope, including phased cutovers, testing and certification, labeling and documentation, and turnover requirements.
  • Ability to enforce MOP and SOW discipline, manage competing priorities across concurrent jobs, and lead recovery plans when conditions change.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, and internal delivery teams.
Certifications / Training:
  • Required: PMP or equivalent project management credential.
  • Preferred: BICSI RTPM and / or additional data center commissioning, safety, or mission-critical delivery training.
