Title : Project Manager

Location: Eden Prairie, MN.

Duration : 12+ Months

The role is for a Sr Project Manager II (Master Scheduler) that will support a project that is at a critical stage with delivery of remaining deliverables, and continuation of the customer relationship. The project go-live may be at risk if we are unable to properly forecast the impacts to our project schedule and account for it across our partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Updating, adding, project schedule task
  • Loading project calendars to the schedule
  • Adding resources
  • Setting up predecessor and successor task in the schedule
  • Linking task
  • Tracking Milestones
  • Passing all Federal Checks (standards) for a project schedule
  • Resource levelling the project schedule
  • Calculating CPI, SPI, BEI

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Microsoft Project experience - working with multiple project schedule
  • 5+ years -Must with Federal clients
  • 5+ years of IT Project Management experience
  • Active PMP of compliance
  • 3+ years of working hands-on with all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle
  • 3+ years of data gathering/analysis and writing system requirements
  • Experience working with test plans and test cases

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) session
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (compliance)
  • Healthcare Information Exchange, EDI, Healthcare Industry experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Proficiency with MS Project
  • Proficiency with MS Visio
