Role description: Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Project Manager to lead public health interoperability initiatives. This role will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of projects that enhance data exchange between public health agencies, healthcare providers, and community partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health informatics, stakeholder engagement, and project management methodologies.
