SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: The Project Manager does not have any direct supervisory responsibility for Town staff, however, the ability to influence outcomes without supervisory responsibility is highly desirable. The Project Manager will manage multiple project-related contracts and associated contractors. CONFIDENTIALITY: The Project Manager has regular access to confidential information such as department records, collective bargaining documents, time sheets, legal documents, and executive session strategies that are obtained during performance of regular position responsibilities in accordance with the State Public Records Law.
