We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex ERP and enterprise system implementations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record delivering large-scale technology projects, managing cross-functional teams, and successfully balancing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead ERP and enterprise systems projects from initiation through deployment and post-implementation stabilization
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Coordinate business, technical, and operational teams throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committees, and executive status updates
  • Manage relationships with software vendors, consultants, and implementation partners
  • Establish accountability across project teams and ensure commitments are met
  • Oversee RAID management, resource planning, budgeting, and executive reporting
  • Support data conversion, systems integration, testing, training, and organizational change management activities
  • Ensure project objectives remain aligned with business priorities and strategic goals
  • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining delivery timelines and quality standards
Required Qualifications
  • Active PMP certification
  • 10 or more years of project management experience
  • Proven experience leading multiple full-lifecycle ERP implementations
  • Demonstrated success delivering large, complex enterprise technology projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Experience managing vendors, consultants, and implementation partners
  • Strong knowledge of project governance, RAID management, budgeting, resource planning, and executive reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work onsite in Springfield, MA, at least three days per week
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in retail, grocery, distribution, manufacturing, supply chain, or finance environments
  • Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, Workday, Epicor, or similar systems
  • Experience overseeing data conversion, integrations, testing, training, and change management
