Your Role:
As a Sr. ERP Project Manager, you will lead ERP projects from conception to implementation or be part of a larger Program to do so. You will work closely with business units and IT teams to ensure that ERP solutions align with company goals and integrate seamlessly with our existing systems. Your leadership will help our Life Science Business enhance its operational efficiencies and support our ongoing digital transformation. Part of your responsibilities are:
  • Project Planning and Management: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
  • Project Leadership: Lead and mentor project team members and contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder communication and ensure ongoing engagement. Act as a mediator between stakeholders and team members.
  • Budget and Resource Allocation: Develop and deliver budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Plan for and mitigate risks that can affect the project timeline and deliverables.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements. Implement project standards across projects to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • ERP Expertise: Stay updated on SAP capabilities and trends. Ensure SAP solutions are leveraged to maximize ROI for the company.

Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Project Management, Business Administration or related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in an information systems environment
  • At least 5 years of IT project delivery experience in Life Science industry, leading high-profile projects across one or more functional domains
  • Experience navigating and successfully implementing and deploying ERP (SAP) systems. Drive project delivery schedule and support process, ensuring compliance to project standards and timely program delivery

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters Degree in Project Management, Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in ERP project methodologies. Ability to provide input to functional specifications and make recommendations to system optimization, support, and guidance.
  • Experience with SAP S4/HANA
  • Experience in requirements gathering, prioritization, collaborating across multiple business teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with a variety of audiences including various levels of management, vendors, business teams with varied levels of skill/experience. Ability to clearly communicate technical subject matter to a non-technical audience. Strong people skills in a diverse cultural environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a demanding environment and make sound decisions in urgent situations. Must possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
  • Must have experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies and can formulate innovative programs to generate excitement and engagement.
  • Financial acumen along with a sound understanding of data flows and one or more functional areas (e.g., Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales/Trade, Human Resources).
  • A highly collaborative work style which includes working effectively across all organizational levels
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority, especially among development teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and be responsive to users and IT staff in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish strong partnerships across business and technology areas

Location
This position is required to be site based in either our Burlington, MA or St. Louis, MO office. We do offer a hybrid flexible work arrangement.
Pay Range: $116,300-$159,400
The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
