Responsibilities
  • Perform automated calibrations on a range of Keysight RF test and measurement instruments, including network analyzers, signal analyzers, and RF signal generators.
  • Serve as the onsite technical expert, maintaining strong, proactive communication with the customer to ensure optimal performance and availability of both customerowned and Keysight test equipment assets.
  • Align customer expectations with Keysight’s service capabilities, ensuring a seamless and highquality support experience.
  • Diagnose test failures by distinguishing between hardware issues and systemlevel software problems, determining whether repair, realignment, or additional troubleshooting is required.
  • Execute calibration, adjustment, and verification procedures following product upgrades, modifications, or firmware changes.
  • Utilize PCbased software tools to support calibration workflows, data analysis, and instrument configuration.
  • Install and validate software and firmware updates, including full instrument reimaging when required.

Qualifications
  • Education & Experience
    • Technical school training, Military PMEL/TMDE background, or equivalent industry experience.
    • Minimum of 4 years of handson experience supporting test and measurement instrumentation.
  • Technical Skills
    • Strong understanding of project timelines, goals, and processes, with the ability to complete tasks independently and accurately.
    • Ability to interface effectively between the customer and Keysight teams to resolve complex technical and projectrelated challenges.
    • RF/microwave calibration and repair experience up to 50GHz is highly desirable.
    • Prior experience servicing or calibrating Keysight RF test equipment is a plus.
    • Familiarity with automated calibration software platforms is beneficial.
  • Communication & Collaboration
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers, peers, and crossfunctional teams.
  • Logistics & Physical Requirements
  • Must reside in the Nashua, NH area or be willing to relocate independently.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs as part of routine job duties.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.

Pay Range:

USD $80,700.00 - USD $134,500.00 Year
