Job description

We are seeking a Manager to lead the Dynamics 365 (D365) function across workflows, integrations, deployments, and system-level tuning. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this individual will oversee a team of four and drive improvements across workflow logic, ticketing operations, bug remediation, deployment reliability, and integration quality. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on D365 experience, deep understanding of workflow behavior and data structures, and the ability to stabilize and evolve a high-volume D365 environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead D365 platform operations across workflows, configurations, ticketing, bug fixes, and deployment tuning.
  • Redesign workflows and troubleshooting workflow failures across business functions.
  • Oversee stabilization and remediation of deployments impacted by current system challenges.
  • Manage ERP-centric integration points across multiple systems, assets, and tools.
  • Provide direction on data structures, workflow logic, and cross-system dependencies.
  • Support data-lake-adjacent items where relevant.
  • Lead and develop a team of four focused on D365 operations and enhancements.
  • Partner with internal teams and vendors to improve platform performance and stability.

Minimum Requirements

  • Strong, hands-on D365 implementation and workflow experience.
  • Expertise in workflow logic, ticket remediation, and cross-system troubleshooting.
  • Experience with ERP integrations across multiple assets and tools.
  • Strong understanding of deployment processes and tuning strategies.
  • 3–5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Clear communication, collaborative leadership, and ability to excel under pressure.
