Job description

Provides functional and technical expertise supporting PAMS sustainment, modernization, PMEL operational workflows, TMDE visibility, calibration scheduling, quality program management, and measurement traceability activities. This role supports analysis, modernization, integration, testing, and operational validation of workflows supporting enterprise PMEL operations.

The PMEL/PAMS Functional Engineer works closely with Product Owners, System Architects, Enterprise Integration personnel, Help Desk personnel, and Independent Test Teams to ensure modernization and sustainment activities preserve TMDE inventory integrity, calibration due-date visibility, workload forecasting, PMEL scheduling continuity, measurement uncertainty reporting, and operational certification workflows.

This role also supports operational workflow validation, modernization backlog prioritization, data exchange analysis, audit readiness support, and quality-program sustainment activities affecting PMEL and calibration operations across the BMx ecosystem.

Requirements

Must possess DoD Secret Clearance.
