First Class Air Support, an FCAH Aerospace brand located in Louisville, KY, is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead sales operations, strengthen customer relationships, and drive revenue growth across multiple regions and markets.

What you will be doing…

As a Sales Director, you are a hunter who identifies opportunities and who utilizes your relationships to deliver accretive financial results within your assigned area of responsibility. You will spend much of your time with your end customers developing and executing agreements which grow the FCAS business. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Take full ownership of customer relationships by maintaining consistent communication through in-person meetings, email, and phone interactions.
  • Leverage the Sales Director’s established relationships to identify opportunities, define customer needs, and secure new revenue-generating deals for FCAS.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to uncover opportunities for growth and process improvement.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to align sales strategies with overall organizational objectives.
  • Lead the development of sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reporting to support informed decision-making.
  • Ensure accurate and effective use of CRM tools to manage pipelines, track sales activities, and evaluate performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Finance to ensure smooth execution of customer commitments and delivery requirements.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to strengthen brand visibility and support ongoing business development.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support team and company goals.

What we are looking for…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Aviation or aerospace industry experience.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems such as Quantum or SAP.
  • Experience leading international sales teams or managing global accounts.
  • Background in contract negotiation and pricing strategy.
  • MBA or advanced degree in Business or related field.
