Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Technician to join our team at Bradford Mews Apartments in Smithfield, VA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contributing to all aspects of maintenance operations. This includes ensuring resident satisfaction and maintaining the physical condition of the property to the highest standards.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Maintain clean, safe, and debris-free community grounds, including addressing weather-related issues.
  • Perform proactive repairs and respond to resident maintenance requests.
  • Conduct daily inspections and troubleshoot appliances or technical issues.
  • Participate in maintenance projects and after-hours emergency work.
  • Complete other duties as assigned or requested.

What you offer:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • HVAC certification required.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for daily onsite use.
  • Minimum of 18 months experience in apartment maintenance.
  • CFC Type II or Universal Certification and heat pump experience preferred.
  • Must be available for after-hours emergency maintenance calls, including nights and weekends.
  • Basic computer skills required.
