YOUR LIFE AS A PLUMBING OPERATIONS MANAGER

This plumber management position is full-time and typically works 7 AM - 3 PM or 11 AM - 7 PM.

In this position, you oversee and assist our plumbers with various tasks and projects. You are ready to tackle any issue that comes your way, whether it be a customer complaint or an issue within your department. Using your strong communication skills, you stay in close contact with our plumbers and other company staff, always staying well-informed and on top of our company's affairs.

You help our company run smoothly by completing a variety of important tasks, including reviewing quotes and invoices, assisting in sales, fielding technical questions, and providing top-notch customer service. No detail gets by you, no matter how small. You take great pride in helping our company succeed in serving our awesome community!


WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • 2+ years of management experience OR experience as a supervisor
  • 5+ years of plumbing experience
