**In this position you will DISPATCH FROM HOME. We have a shop in Marysville and West Seattle for once-a week department meeting.**

Job Duties:
  • Perform plumbing installations and replacements in occupied residential homes
  • Install and replace water heaters, fixtures, valves, toilets, disposals, and supply lines
  • Complete repipes, reroutes, and system upgrades as needed.
  • Protect customer property with drop cloths, shoe covers, and cleanup procedures
  • Verify installations are leak-free, safe, and fully code compliant
  • Explain work performed and answer homeowner questions
  • Coordinate with dispatch and team members to complete jobs efficiently
  • Document materials used, notes, and photos in job management software
  • Maintain tools, inventory, and company vehicle in organized condition
  • Follow safety procedures on every job and report hazards promptly

Requirements
  • Have a valid active Plumbing License in the state of Washington or Idaho: PLO2 or PLO1
  • 2+ years of residential plumbing installation experience
  • Good customer service
  • Experience using Service Titan is a plus.
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Able to successfully pass BG, Drug test and MVR
