Job Title: Commercial Plumbing Superintendent

Company: Paris Plumbing, Inc.

Location: Lynnwood, WA (Seattle–Everett corridor)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70–$110/hr DOE

About Paris Plumbing

Paris Plumbing is a family-owned, owner-operated plumbing contractor growing its commercial construction division across the Seattle–Everett corridor. Before Paris, our leadership came up running large-scale commercial mechanical projects at the national level — eight-figure plumbing scopes and multi-tens-of-millions in annual project volume. We know how to win the work, hold a schedule, and back our field instead of leaving them to fight it out alone.

How We Run Our Projects

We keep roles clear so everyone can do their job well:

Project management handles contracts, submittals, schedule, and GC relationships

Superintendents manage foremen and run the major plumbing projects

Foremen run their crews and hit the schedule

You lead the field — and as a growing division, you’ll lead from the front, on the tools alongside your crews when the work calls for it.

What You’ll Do

Oversee multiple commercial plumbing projects and the foremen running them

Drive schedule, manpower planning, and production across active jobs

Get on the tools as needed — lead from the front and keep production moving when the job demands it

Coordinate with project management, GCs, inspectors, and other trades to keep work moving

Own field quality control and code compliance (2024 UPC / WAC 51-56)

Review plans, build look-ahead schedules, and resolve field issues before they become delays

Develop foremen and crews, and set the standard for safety and craftsmanship

Document production, RFIs, and field conditions through ServiceTitan

What You Need

WA PL01 Journey-Level Plumber Certificate (required)

Proven commercial plumbing experience at the superintendent or senior-foreman level

Track record managing multiple crews and projects on schedule under real-world pressure

Strong command of UPC, WA code, inspections, and commercial plumbing systems

Ability to read full commercial plan sets and lead the field without being micromanaged

Hands-on plumber who can still run the work and get on the tools when needed

Valid driver’s license and a clean enough record to drive a company vehicle

What We’re Looking For

Working leaders who lead from the front — on the tools when the job calls for it

Field leaders who hold a schedule and run a job the right way

People who develop their foremen and crews instead of just directing them

Communicators who document and keep project management in the loop

A team-first standard — you back your people and they back you

What We’re Not Looking For

“Reliable except when it counts”

Someone who considers themselves above the work — we lead from the front here

Cowboys who’d rather do it their way than the right way

Anyone allergic to documentation — if it isn’t logged, it didn’t happen

What We Offer

$70–$110/hr DOE

[Medical / dental / PTO / paid holidays — list what you actually offer]

Paid weekly

Company vehicle, iPad, and tool platform support

A real leadership seat in a growing commercial division, backed by experienced management

How to Apply

Apply through ZipRecruiter with your resume and a short summary of the commercial projects and crews you’ve run. Qualified candidates will be contacted to schedule an interview.
