Responsibilities:

  • Conduct leak detection services on plumbing systems
  • Travel locally throughout Northern Alabama (day travel required)
  • Utilize technology and specialized equipment to diagnose issues
  • Perform physically demanding tasks, including occasional heavy labor
  • Maintain a professional appearance and deliver excellent customer service
  • Accurately document findings through clear, concise reports
  • Communicate effectively with customers, management, and team members
  • Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in residential and commercial properties
  • Install, maintain, and repair water, drain, and sewer systems
  • Troubleshoot plumbing problems and recommend solutions
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members
  • Complete service documentation and reports accurately
  • Follow all safety procedures and company standards
