Description:

We are seeking an experienced Residential Journeyman Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate is a skilled, dependable plumber who can independently perform residential plumbing installations, repairs, replacements, and troubleshooting while providing exceptional customer service.

The Journeyman Plumber will be responsible for completing quality plumbing work safely, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable plumbing codes and company standards.


  • Perform residential plumbing installations, repairs, replacements, and maintenance.
  • Install and service water heaters, tankless water heaters, fixtures, faucets, toilets, sinks, tubs, showers, and related plumbing equipment.
  • Install, repair, and modify water supply, drain, waste, and vent piping.
  • Diagnose plumbing issues and determine appropriate solutions.
  • Read and interpret plumbing plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Perform rough-in and finish plumbing for residential construction and remodeling projects.
  • Test plumbing systems for proper operation, leaks, pressure, and code compliance.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and plumbing equipment safely and properly.
  • Maintain accurate job documentation and communicate job status with management.
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners and explain completed work and recommended solutions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and protect the customer's home and property.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and applicable plumbing codes.
  • Assist and mentor apprentices and plumbing helpers when needed.
  • Maintain company tools, equipment, vehicle, and inventory in good working condition.
Requirements:
  • Valid Journeyman Plumber license or applicable state/local credential.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of residential plumbing experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and installation practices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot plumbing problems independently.
  • Ability to read plumbing plans and understand installation requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and safety practices.
  • Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
