Are you a dependable and hands-on individual with a knack for fixing things? Home2 Suites Athens, located in Athens, AL, is looking for a Part-Time Hotel Maintenance Worker to help keep our property running smoothly and provide a safe, comfortable experience for our guests. If you have a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and a passion for problem-solving, we’d love to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing

As a Part-Time Maintenance Worker, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the hotel is clean, functional, and well-maintained. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel and guest rooms.
  • Responding promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
  • Repairing or replacing plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, switches, outlets, and other building components.
  • Conducting minor drywall, painting, carpentry, and general repair work.
  • Inspecting guest rooms, hallways, public areas, and equipment for maintenance issues.
  • Assisting with preventative maintenance of hotel equipment and systems.
  • Keeping tools, supplies, and maintenance areas organized.

  • Assisting with emergency maintenance situations when needed.
  • Following all hotel safety procedures and workplace regulations.
