You don't need to be an experienced HVAC technician. We're looking for someone who shows up ready to work, is comfortable using tools, and wants to learn. We'll provide hands-on training while you gain real experience installing residential heating and cooling equipment.

What You'll Do

As an HVAC Helper, you'll support experienced installers on residential heating and cooling projects while learning the trade on the job.

You'll help:

  • Load and organize equipment, tools, and materials for daily projects

  • Assist installers with furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and other HVAC equipment

  • Prepare homes and work areas before installations begin

  • Help with ductwork and ventilation components

  • Measure, cut, drill, and prepare materials

  • Use basic hand and power tools

What We're Looking For

Previous HVAC experience is not required.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • At least one year of construction, mechanical, maintenance, or other hands-on work experience

  • Mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning HVAC

  • Experience using basic hand and power tools

  • Ability to accurately read a tape measure

  • Comfort working on ladders and in physically active environments

  • Ability to cut, drill, and work with common construction materials

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds with assistance

  • Dependable attendance and punctuality

  • Willingness to follow instructions and learn from experienced team members

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a crew

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Construction, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, maintenance, manufacturing, warehouse, or other skilled trade experience can provide a strong foundation for this position.
