Stemmle Plumbing Repair Inc. & Affiliates is seeking motivated and dependable HVAC Helpers to support our technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial HVAC systems.

Key ResponsibilitiesField & Technical Support
  • Assist HVAC technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and cooling systems
  • Support preventative maintenance and routine service calls
  • Help with ductwork, piping, and system components using hand and power tools
  • Pass tools, materials, and equipment to technicians as needed
  • Assist with electrical wiring, insulation, and system assembly
Operational Support
  • Stock and restock service vehicles with tools and materials
  • Set up and clean up job sites before and after service calls
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas and equipment
Equipment & Vehicle Maintenance
  • Keep service vehicles clean, organized, and properly stocked
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of all tools and equipment
  • Assist with inventory tracking and material usage
Safety Requirements
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Use appropriate PPE at all times
  • Perform physically demanding tasks including:
    • Lifting 50+ lbs.
    • Crawling, bending, squatting, and climbing
