HVAC Helper Job Description:

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable individual to join our team as an HVAC Helper. In this role, you will work alongside experienced HVAC technicians to assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems
- Help troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Complete tasks efficiently and accurately
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in HVAC or related field is preferred but not required
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment
