The Plug & Play Tech Center is currently looking for an in-house Recruiter to assist with our recruiting activities. The position offers an unparalleled opportunity for both personal and professional growth in a supportive and prosperous environment in Sunnyvale.
The Recruiter will focus his/her efforts in attracting qualified talent in the field of Sales, Venture Capitalism, Operations, and Project Management. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and proactively collaborate with the hiring teams. You will be organized, co-manage our ATS, and aim to provide candidates with the best interviewing experience possible.
Responsibilities
  • Assisting the team with recruitment duties.
  • Posting job applications on job sites.
  • CV screening.
  • Tracking open positions using recruiting software.
  • Conducting initial phone screenings.
  • Conducting full hiring process.
  • Communicating with candidates and setting up interviews.
  • Attend job fairs.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or similar field.
  • At least 2 years of experience working as a Recruiter.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
  • Ability to multi-task and establish priorities.
  • Maintain employee confidence and operations.
  • Experience with International sourcing/hiring.
