Job Description

Automation Engineer

West Point PA

Duration: 12 +months

  • Automation Engineer strong in IT/IT-centric systems to help with troubleshooting, detecting issues
  • Digital Transformation experience a plus; Kneat experience a nice to have
  • Planning, implementing, and monitoring technology
  • Developing, testing, and implementing software tools or programs to automate technical operations
  • Designing and implementing control systems to ensure consistent product quality and process efficiency
  • Writing scripts to automate testing and deployment
  • Designing automated systems for medical diagnostics and patient management
  • Responsible for PLC loop check/verification, implementation of key automation aspects of an equipment project, often including PLC, vision, HMI programming.
  • Executing PLC configuration / PLC programs loops on standard equipment/products.
  • Able to make minor modifications to code and HMI graphics for smaller changes using RsLogix 5000/ Visual Studios.
