Job description

BECOME A PLAYMAKER
Play Playground isn't just a venue-it's an experience. And as a Playmaker, you're the one who brings that experience to life.

Playmakers are the heartbeat of the floor. You lead the games, fuel the energy, and make sure every guest-no matter their skill level-feels confident, included, and ready to have fun. From first-timers finding their footing to competitive crews ready to dominate, you help set the tone, guide the action, and keep the Playground buzzing.

If you love games, thrive in high-energy environments, and enjoy being front and center where the fun happens, this is your place to play.

WHAT DOES A PLAYMAKER DO?
As a Playmaker, you're at the center of the action from start to finish. You'll lead interactive games, break down the rules in a clear and approachable way, and make sure guests feel comfortable jumping in. Your job is to keep things fun, fair, and flowing-while reading the room and adjusting your approach on the fly.

You'll coach players through game mechanics, offer real-time feedback, and help teams communicate and collaborate. You'll also keep a close eye on gameplay flow, safety, and overall energy, making quick adjustments to keep excitement high and the experience running smoothly.

Off the floor, you'll collaborate with fellow Playmakers and the broader team to find new ways to level up the experience. You may help track gameplay trends, share guest insights, and contribute creative ideas that improve engagement and guest satisfaction. Team huddles and ongoing training ensure you're always ready to bring your best to every shift.

No two games-or guests-are the same, and that's exactly what keeps the Playground fun

IS THIS YOUR KIND OF PLAY?
You're outgoing, confident, and energized by being around people. You communicate clearly, explain rules with ease, and know how to get a group hyped without losing control of the game. You're patient, adaptable, and comfortable working with guests of all skill levels and personalities.

You think quickly, solve problems on the spot, and stay positive when the pace picks up. Creativity comes naturally to you, and you're always looking for new ways to keep guests engaged. Most importantly, you have a genuine passion for games, teamwork, and creating memorable moments guests won't stop talking about.

READY TO MAKE YOUR MOVE?
We're building a team of energetic creators who love what they do-and we want you on the floor. If this sounds like your kind of role, apply today and take your place in the Playground.

Let's play!
