We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Graphic Designer with a passion for producing high-quality digital, print, and large-format designs that enhance brand visibility and engage target audiences. This role supports marketing initiatives across a variety of platforms, ensuring consistency in visual identity while delivering innovative, eye-catching, and effective designs.
The Graphic Designer will balance artistic vision with technical expertise, managing multiple projects under tight deadlines. From social media campaigns and websites to car wraps, signage, and other products, this position requires versatility and meticulous attention to detail. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize, plan, design, edit, and produce a wide range of specialized graphics, including marketing collateral, menus, and promotional content.
  • Create layouts and visual concepts for digital campaigns, social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), websites, email campaigns, and print advertising.
  • Design and execute large-scale and complex projects such as car wraps, food truck branding, signage, trade show displays, and event collateral.
  • Design and produce real estate tenant collateral, including brochures, maps, floor plans, wayfinding signage, and promotional materials to support leasing and tenant marketing efforts.
  • Use a variety of design and editing software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and CapCut, to create engaging graphics, marketing materials, social media content, and video assets.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Property Management, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure accuracy and alignment in all design projects.
  • Inspect proofs for accuracy, quality, and adherence to production standards, including dyelines, color registration, and print quality.
  • Provide creative assets that maintain brand consistency across all platforms and media.
  • Collect, prepare, and submit files to print vendors while monitoring production processes.
  • Assist in maintaining vendor portals and digital asset libraries with updated product images and label files.
  • Provide technical advice and serve as liaison with external partners and production vendors.
  • Support photo and video shoots, editing, and multimedia production as needed.
  • Ensure creative assets adhere to brand guidelines, voice, and identity.
  • Utilize project management software (e.g., ClickUp, Microsoft Teams/Planner/Project, etc.) to manage workflows, and enhance collaboration across the marketing team.
  • Perform miscellaneous design and marketing-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio that includes commercial printing, promotional content, product packaging, and large-format design.
  • Proven proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro), Canva, and Capcut; Figma knowledge a plus.
  • Knowledge of product packaging and print production, including CMYK, spot colors, white underlayment, raised varnishes, dielines, and material finishes.
  • Strong understanding of design principles: layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Experience in social media graphics, email campaigns, and other digital content creation.
  • Knowledge of 3D modeling, texturing, and animation is a plus.
  • Photography, video editing, and multimedia design skills preferred.
  • Experience using project management and collaboration softwares (e.g., ClickUp, Microsoft Teams/Planner/Project, DropBox etc.) a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive, with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Online portfolio or demo reel required for consideration.
