About The Position:
COPA STC is looking to add outstanding Soccer Coaching Staff and we want to hear from you regarding a potential soccer coaching role at COPA STC?

We are looking to add soccer coaches to our 6-8Yrs program, the 9-11Yrs program & the +12Yrs program.
COPA would require a coach to be available a minimum of 3 training days a week in a Part-Time capacity or up to 5/6 training days a week in a Full-Availability capacity - including 1 weekend day.
COPA coaching hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 3.30pm - 8.30pm; Saturday & Sunday 8.30am onwards. With commitment to the same consistent schedule week after week.

  • Engage with aspiring athletes, youth to pro, on a daily basis.

Requirements:
  • Experience coaching youth soccer (minimum 2 years coaching players 8-18 years old).
  • Physical effort and exertion, which may include all exercise and sports-related movements, maintenance of equipment, lifting weights up to 45 pounds, and prolonged walking and standing.
  • Ability to learn and become comfortable with our technology, operating software, and hardware which is integral to our facility and curriculum.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven time management and organizational skills.
  • Solution orientated in difficult situations -particularly related to customer issues.
