Job description

Technical Product Manager - Applied AI
We are seeking an experienced technical product manager to lead development and execution of Finance AI solutions. This role will work closely with Finance process owners, Engineering, Data, and Architecture, Enterprise AI teams to build and deliver scalable products that improve Finance operations and decision making.
The ideal candidate brings a strong product management mindset, deep understanding of modern AI and data capabilities, and hands-on experience building Enterprise AI products. This role requires someone who is comfortable working across both business and technical teams and driving execution in fast-moving and evolving environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Problem Solving & Use Case Development
  • Translate business problems into clear technical approaches, including data needs, and workflow design.
  • Validate assumptions, iterate quickly, and refine solutions based on stakeholder feedback.

AI Solution Design & Development
  • Lead the design and development of AI capabilities, including Natural Language Processing (NLP), GenAI, predictive modeling, and agent-based automation.
  • Build AI-driven workflows that simplify multi-step business processes.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build trusted partnerships with global Finance teams, analysts, and technology partners to align product delivery with program objectives and user needs.
  • Communicate complex AI concepts in clear business terms for senior leaders and operational teams.
  • Support change management and user adoption by helping stakeholders understand how AI solutions improve their workflows.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of product management experience building enterprise platforms. Finance or healthcare preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience delivering AI capabilities as part of large-scale transformation programs.
  • Experience working with global or distributed teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into executable AI solutions.
  • Deep curiosity and willingness to experiment, iterate, and learn.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience engaging senior Finance stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and drive results in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Locations: Hybrid work arrangement in Bloomfield, CT, Philadelphia, PA, Morris Plains, NJ, St Louis, MO. Open to remote if not aligned to office location with a strong preference East Coast.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 94,900 - 158,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
