Partner with Developers & Admins
  • Translate business requirements into technical-ready work
  • Align on scope before delivery commitments
  • Hold developers accountable to delivery hygiene
  • Manage trade-offs between speed and sustainability
  • Think structurally and understand system constraints.

Drive Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Align and coordinate stakeholders across all departments
  • Manage competing priorities transparently
  • Run project working sessions
  • Identify downstream impacts across systems
  • Ensure handoffs between teams are documented and repeatable

Adoption, Training & Continuous Improvement
  • Create documentation and process maps
  • Run training sessions when new functionality launches
  • Gather structured user feedback
  • Identify workflow breakdowns or adoption gaps
  • Propose iterative improvements
Qualifications
Required
  • 4+ years of experience in Product Management, or in financial services or wealth management with demonstrated ownership of business systems, workflows, or technology initiatives
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into clear business and system requirements
  • Proven track record of driving initiatives across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong executive communication skills

Preferred
  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and data flows

  • Exposure to workflow automation tools or low-code platforms
  • Experience operating in software delivery environments

Traits We Value
  • Structured thinker who brings clarity to ambiguity
  • Naturally proactive
  • Comfortable pushing for accountability
  • Systems-oriented (thinks upstream and downstream)
  • Comfortable with executive stakeholders
  • Low ego, high ownership
