Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site rolebased in Des Moines, IA, responsible for overseeing daily office operations andsupporting efficient delivery of financial services. This position managesworkflows, scheduling, and administrative processes to ensure timely clientonboarding, documentation, and follow-up. The Operations Manager willcoordinate with financial advisors, maintain and improve operationalprocedures, and help ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met.Day-to-day tasks include managing the paperwork process: generating andprocessing paperwork, monitoring performance metrics, optimizing systems andtools, and contributing to process improvements that enhance client experienceand operational efficiency. The role also involves handling vendorrelationships, managing office resources, and collaborating with leadership onoperational planning. Grow with us! This role could develop into the VPOperations, SVP Operations and the COO position.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing office operations or administrative functions in a professional services or financial environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with office software, CRM systems, and document management tools; comfort learning new technology platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Pay Package

Salary $30,000-$60,000 based on experience

Quarterly bonus based on company revenue
