Platform Operations Manager – Marketing TechnologyJob Type: Full-Time / W2 Contract

Position Overview
We are looking for experienced Platform Operations Managers for two remote opportunities supporting marketing automation, campaign operations, integrated marketing technologies, and digital marketing platforms.
Position 1: Platform Operations Manager – Marketo Campaign Operations
Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage Marketo Engage (MCZ) marketing automation operations.
  • Design, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Marketo Forms and integrations.
  • Support lead scoring, campaign execution, asset maintenance, and platform administration.
  • Manage end-to-end lead flow across Marketo, Salesforce, and downstream marketing platforms.
  • Troubleshoot lead flow and form-related issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Support lead capture forms, landing pages, campaign assets, and Marketo configurations.
  • Participate in PAT/UAT, releases, enhancements, and configuration changes.
  • Collaborate with Campaign Operations, CRM, and Engineering teams.
Position 2: Platform Operations Manager – Integrated Technologies & Marketing Assets
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage operations for integrated marketing technologies including Splash, Email Editor 2.0/3.0, Integrate, Demandbase, and ZoomInfo.
  • Support event themes, templates, landing pages, registration experiences, forms, and branded marketing assets.
  • Monitor and validate integrations between third-party platforms, Marketo, CRM, and downstream systems.
  • Troubleshoot registration, synchronization, and data discrepancies and perform RCAs.
  • Support PAT/UAT, platform enhancements, event readiness, and configuration validation.
  • Collaborate with Field Marketing, Campaign Operations, Engineering, and Data teams.
Preferred: Experience with Splash is a plus for Position 2, but not mandatory.
Candidate Requirements
  • Strong experience in marketing technology/platform operations.
  • Relevant experience with Marketo, Salesforce, campaign operations, or integrated marketing platforms.
  • Strong troubleshooting and RCA skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
