Position Summary
The Platform Consultant is responsible for helping clients maximize the value of our accounting and investment ERP platform through hands-on configuration, product guidance, user support, and process optimization. Reporting to the Client Strategy & Success Manager, this role partners closely with clients to understand their business processes, provide functional expertise, resolve platform-related challenges, and deliver practical solutions that drive user adoption and operational efficiency. The Platform Consultant collaborates with Client Success, Product, Implementation, and Support teams to ensure a seamless client experience throughout the customer lifecycle.
 
Responsibilities
· Serve as the primary functional resource for assigned clients, providing day-to-day guidance on platform capabilities and best practices.
· Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize client environments to support accounting, investment, and operational workflows.
· Assist clients with platform usage, reporting, workflow improvements, and user adoption initiatives.
· Investigate client questions and issues, recommend solutions or workarounds, and coordinate with internal teams when escalation is required.
· Monitor client platform usage and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and overall system utilization.
· Support the Client Strategy & Success Manager in executing client success plans, roadmap initiatives, and business objectives.
· Deliver client training, product demonstrations, and knowledge transfer sessions to end users and administrators.
· Assist with implementation activities, feature rollouts, upgrades, and transition to ongoing business-as-usual support.
· Document client configurations, business processes, and recommendations to ensure continuity and knowledge sharing.
· Provide feedback to Product and Implementation teams on client requirements, enhancement requests, and opportunities to improve the platform.
 
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
· 2 - 3+ years of experience in ERP consulting, public accounting, financial software, client services, or a related role.
· Experience supporting accounting, tax, investment management, or ERP platforms.
· Strong understanding of accounting, financial reporting, and operational business processes.
· Demonstrated ability to configure business applications and translate client requirements into practical solutions.
· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with business users and technical teams.
· Ability to manage multiple client priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
