Summary Description

The Manager, Quality Systems Platforms will take a leadership role in the administration, optimization, strategic advancement and ongoing maintenance of existing and new digital platforms that support food safety, quality, regulatory, and compliance processes. This role ensures that quality systems technology effectively enables operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and data-driven decision making within beverage manufacturing operations.

This role will sit at any one of our plants with preference to Fort Worth, TX in the US. Or in Canada in Mississauga (Toronto), or Calgary.

Essential Job Functions Platform Ownership & Administration
  • Serve as the system owner for Quality and Food Safety digital platforms used across manufacturing sites.
  • Support for SAP implementations, providing expertise for unit and integrated testing, on -site support for discovery, week in the life, go live, and hyper-care activities.
  • Manage system configuration, user access, workflows, and functionality to ensure alignment with quality processes.
  • Ensure system reliability, data integrity, and work with internal IT and systems provider support as needed to ensure consistent platform performance
  • Coordinate with IT to manage system upgrades, integrations, and cybersecurity requirements.
Quality Systems Enablement

Support digital execution of core quality processes, including:

  • SPC quality data collection and analysis
  • Document control
  • Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
  • Non-conformance management
  • Ensure systems effectively support compliance with food safety and regulatory expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, usability, and automation within quality systems platforms.
  • Provide second level support to users for day-to-day problem resolution with SAP activities.
  • Lead implementation of new platform capabilities or modules, including incorporation of:
    • Customer complaints
    • Supplier document control and quality management
    • Audit management
    • Training and competency tracking
    • Change management
    • Risk management and food safety programs
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align digital tools with operational workflows.
  • Analyze system usage data to drive improvements in adoption and effectiveness.
Implementation & Deployment
  • Lead the implementation of new quality technology solutions or system enhancements.
  • Coordinate requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and validation activities.
  • Develop implementation plans and manage project timelines.
  • Ensure proper change management and communication during system updates.\
Data & Reporting
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools to support quality performance monitoring and leadership visibility. Provide analysis tools and analyze data to assist in driving process improvements.
  • Ensure data captured within platforms supports trend analysis, risk identification, and compliance reporting.
  • Maintain data standards and governance practices.
Training & User Support
  • Develop and deliver training programs for system users across manufacturing sites.
  • Provide ongoing user support and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain system documentation, training materials, and user guides.
  • Promote strong system adoption across the organization.
