Description:

The Holley Tuning Group is seeking an experienced Platform Manager to lead our embedded firmware and desktop software product teams. This onsite role is ideal for a strategic, execution-focused leader who thrives in a collaborative engineering environment and is passionate about shaping product vision, prioritizing backlogs, and driving cross-functional delivery. You will work closely with a small, highly skilled team of embedded and desktop engineers to translate customer and business needs into high-impact platform solutions. The ideal candidate brings prior Agile Product Owner experience and a proven ability to deliver complex software initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

· Own the product vision and roadmap for embedded firmware and desktop software solutions

· Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint priorities

· Partner daily with engineering, QA, and cross functional teams to ensure successful delivery functional teams to ensure successful delivery-functional teams to ensure successful delivery

· Manage and refine the product backlog to support ongoing development cycles

· Support Agile ceremonies and promote best practices across teams

· Provide product updates, insights, and roadmap recommendations to management

Qualifications & Experience:

· Certified Product Owner credential (CSPO, PSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or equivalent)

· 3+ years of Product Owner or Product Management experience

· Strong background supporting engineering teams—ideally in embedded systems and/or desktop applications

· Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC

· Excellent communication, prioritization, and cross-team leadership skills

· Ability to work onsite daily in a fast-paced, engineering-driven environment

· Experience in hardware-software integrated products

· Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools

· Passion for automotive performance
