Job description

Geminus Corporation partners with community-based health care providers, social service organizations and early childhood education programs to help increase access to high-quality social health care for children and families across Northwest Indiana. Geminus Corporation is a member of the Regional Care Group.
Position Purpose:
Under the direction of the Program Director, the Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting the implementation of a comprehensive onboarding and orientation plan, as well as ensuring compliance with all accreditation and licensing bodies for Geminus Head Start/Early Head Start. These include the Head Start Program Performance Standards (HSPPS), the Office of Head Start Early Learning Outcomes Framework, CLASSยฎ tools, NAEYC standards, Indiana Paths to QUALITYโ„ข (state Quality Rating and Improvement System), and Indiana State Licensing Standards.
The Program Coordinator serves as a key liaison, maintaining frequent and collaborative contact with early care and education providers, site administrators, community agencies, internal staff, and the public in a variety of capacities.
Record keeping is a critical function of this role. The Program Coordinator ensures compliance with federal, state, and local documentation requirements by maintaining comprehensive program records. These records span child and family data management systems, purchasing databases, and learning management systems.
Key responsibilities include:
Accurately entering all Head Start/Early Head Start staff training events into the Vector Solutions platform.
Coordinating onboarding trainings in collaboration with department leaders.
Distributing, inventorying, and tracking laptops for all HS/EHS staff.
Collaborating with Directors and Managers to ensure proper documentation practices and records retention in alignment with Head St
Minimum Hiring Requirements:
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Services, Non-Profit Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Equal to three years but less than five years of experience in Head Start/Early Head Start or experience with children ages birth to 5 years, as well as experience in training adult learners, is required.
Pay Range: $55,797.94 - $72,537.33
