JOB DESCRIPTION

client, an established Engineering Technology company in the Northwest Phoenix area, has an opening for an eCommerce Platform Coordinator/Specialist. The company offers a competitive compensation package including base salary, generous annual bonus plan, PTO and 401K matching. This position is fully remote. Role Overview: The eCommerce Platform Coordinator is responsible for managing, optimizing, and maintaining the company's online sales platforms. This role ensures product data accuracy, platform stability, operational efficiency, and alignment with commercial goals. Reporting to the Director of IT, this role owns the day to day performance, optimization, and governance of an organization's eCommerce platforms. Duties:

Platform Management - Oversee daily operations across platforms such as Znode and bespoke systems. Ensure uptime, functionality, and seamless user experience

Product Catalogue Oversight - Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, categorization, SEO metadata, and digital assets

Content Coordination - Publish banners, landing pages, promotions, and seasonal updates in collaboration with marketing and design teams

Technical Issue Resolution - Liaise with external developers to troubleshoot bugs, integrations, and platform enhancements

Analytics & Reporting - Monitor and provide actionable insights

Process & Workflow Optimization - Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements across product onboarding, content workflows, and platform processes

Cross Functional Collaboration - Work closely with merchandising, logistics, customer service, and marketing to ensure alignment and smooth operations

Quality Assurance - Conduct regular audits of product pages, checkout flows, mobile responsiveness, and site performance

Vendor & Tool Management - Coordinate with third party partners (payment gateways, search tools, review platforms, etc.)

5+ years in an eCommerce operations or platform coordination role

Experience with CMS and PIM tools

Proficiency in web analytics (GA4)

Understanding of SEO fundamentals, product taxonomy, and UX best practices

Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders

Comfortable working with Web Technologies: REST/Web API, HTML5/SCSS, and JSON/XML, to communicate effectively with our 3rd Party web development partner

Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and documentation skills
