Patient Care Coordinator

Gallas Plastic Surgery is seeking a professional Patient Care Coordinator

Position Summary:
We are a boutique cosmetic plastic surgery private practice with an on-site medical spa and surgery center. We foster an friendly work environment where each patient is given the time and attention they deserve to guide them throughout their plastic surgery journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting with patients to discuss their treatment options
  • Assisting the surgeon and nurse during the consultation process.
  • Providing quotes to patients.
  • Following up with potential patients to guide them in the decision-making process
  • Maintaining relationships with patients throughout their cosmetic treatment journey.
  • Participate, as needed, in marketing of the practice

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a plastic surgery practice preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Sales and negotiation experience.
  • Strong communication and rapport building skills.
  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent knowledge of cosmetic surgical and non-surgical procedures in order to confidently discuss options with patients.
