This position is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while making a significant difference in clients' lives. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments that evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized screening tools to ensure appropriate diagnosis and care.
  • Create individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each client's unique circumstances and therapeutic goals, addressing both immediate issues and long-term progress.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions through a telehealth platform, employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support client change and resilience.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure integrated support and effective treatment approaches for each client.
  • Provide psychoeducation to clients’ families, enhancing their understanding and involvement in the therapeutic process, which can significantly improve recovery outcomes.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential case records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines, ensuring up-to-date documentation of all client interactions and treatment progress.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapy clients range from individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues to those seeking guidance in navigating life transitions. Our focus is primarily on women's mental health, recognizing the unique challenges and societal pressures they may face. Qualifications
  • A valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Texas.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required; advanced degrees are preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in mental health counseling, with a minimum of 2 years in a clinical setting.
  • Strong knowledge of therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices relevant to psychological disorders.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and establish trust throughout their healing journey.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
Preferred Experience

Experience working in a hospice or palliative care setting is a plus, as this role may involve supporting clients facing complex life circumstances. Additionally, familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling methodologies is highly advantageous.
