Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, utilizing screening tools and interviews to gauge the psychological needs of clients, and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver engaging and effective therapy through secure virtual platforms, ensuring every session incorporates evidence-based practices that align with clients' unique needs.
• Set specific therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and provide consistent support to achieve these objectives throughout the course of treatment.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic methodologies suited for individual clients, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness techniques, to maximize therapeutic effectiveness.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client progress and therapy sessions, following all regulatory and ethical guidelines to safeguard client confidentiality.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
