Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the registered nurse, the NA will assist patients across the age continuum (4 weeks to geriatric) with activities of daily living, providing basic nursing care to patients and assist in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment. The NA must demonstrate the ability to provide clerical support and receptionist duties to enhance delivery of patient care. The NA must demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and in situations that demand patience, tact, stamina and endurance. The primary objective of this position is to assure the delivery of comprehensive, safe, effective, cost effective and appropriate nursing care for patients across the age continuum in accordance with established hospital policy, nursing practice standards. The NA must demonstrate the ability to assist physicians in procedures.

- Previous experience with medical records and computer skills preferred
