Puyana Plastic Surgery is seeking an exceptional Patient Coordinator who is passionate about aesthetics, sales, and delivering an outstanding luxury patient experience. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and enjoys building relationships with patients while guiding them from their initial consultation through surgery and recovery. Responsibilities
As our Patient Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the entire patient journey, including:
  • Conducting in-person and virtual consultations
  • Building trust and educating patients about procedures
  • Presenting treatment plans and financial options
  • Closing surgical cases and collecting deposits
  • Following up with leads and converting consultations into surgeries
  • Coordinating surgery schedules
  • Preparing quotes and treatment plans
  • Managing patient financing applications
  • Collecting payments and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Maintaining detailed documentation in our EMR and CRM systems
  • Providing exceptional customer service before and after surgery
  • Coordinating with the surgeon, manager, nursing team, and medical assistants
  • Assisting with post-operative patient communication
  • Tracking personal sales performance and follow-up metrics
  • Ensuring every patient receives a five-star experience from start to finish
The role involves assisting with patient consultations, treatment planning, surgical scheduling, lead follow-up, and guiding patients throughout their aesthetic journey while supporting the surgeon and clinical team.

Compensation
  • Competitive base salary

  • Unlimited earning potential for top performers
Compensation consists of a base salary plus a monthly commission based on revenue from procedures personally coordinated and closed by the Patient Coordinator.
Schedule: Full-Time
Typically:
  • Monday–Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Additional hours may occasionally be required based on patient needs and clinic operations.
