Job description

4 person independent private otolaryngology practice affiliated with the University of Pennsylvania. Suburbs of Philadelphia, serving Bucks and Montgomery counties.

3 fully staffed offices, as well as 6 audiologists and hearing aid dispensing. We operate at Doylestown Hospital as well as an outpatient surgery center in Warrington. A great place to live and work! Doylestown Hospital is now part of Penn Medicine, and we are currently exploring expanding our relationship with Penn.

Weekend emergency call is once every 6 weeks at one community hospital, as we share call with another group.

We practice all aspects of otolaryngology. While primarily a general ENT practice, one of our partners is fellowship trained in facial plastic surgery. Specialty interest is encouraged and can be supported.

We offer a competitive base salary, incentive bonus, benefits package, retirement plan, and a clear path to partnership if desired. Everyone who has joined this practice has stayed and become a partner! An excellent opportunity to be busy right away and grow your practice!
