JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Operate and monitor state-of-the-art plastic injection molding machines to ensure quality standards.
  • Make minor adjustments to auxiliary equipment and manually change resins as needed.
  • Inspect molded products and package them for assembly or shipment.
  • Produce high-quality products while meeting daily goals and following safety and efficiency processes.
  • Master essential press functions, including opening/closing molds and purging materials.
  • Manage the setup and shutdown of machinery for optimal performance.
  • Store molded products in labeled containers to maintain organization.
  • Prepare resin dryers by cleaning out previous materials, loading new ones, and adjusting settings.
  • Conduct routine cleaning and inspection of equipment to meet 5S and TPM standards.
  • Record and submit accurate production and quality data, ensuring operational excellence.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail for production processes in the work environment.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions along with performing basic math calculations.
  • Ability to work at an established production level as appropriate to the job.
  • Ability to lift loads of up to 50 pounds and can stand for long periods.
  • Ability to use problem-solving to identify and follow safety protocols.
  • Good physical mobility and ability to perform other duties as assigned.
  • Must use personal protection equipment whenever relevant.

WHAT SHIFTS ARE AVAILABLE? Monday through Friday shifts

  • 11:00pm โ€“ 7:00am (3rd Shift)

WAGE RANGE: $21.00
